AAI Corporation – “Too many people too little work”

Pros

The salary and compensation were in line with other aviation companies. There is very little oversight at the company and much of the work can be done with flex time. The company events are tons of fun.

Cons

The offices at their Hunt Valley campus are sparsely populated and it is difficult to reach many people during normal hours.

Advice to Senior Management

work on efficiency and eliminate the redundant positions at the company.
