Boss was nuturing. Helpful co-workers. Lots of hands on experience

At least in my lab, work was very mundane. Little room for innovation/

    Pros

    Good pay, Nice to work for honest people. Aamco has a good traning program.One thing about working at Aamco we see new types of transmissons sooner than Mom and Pops shops. The learning cycle is always ongoing. Having a internet Tech forum where techs can talk to each outher and solve problems.

    Cons

    Having to work on outher parts of the car than the transmisson.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of commisom based salery for center mangers

    Hard work sometimes it feels like your heart is going to explode from the stress.

    Don't forget the centers are the ones dealing with the customers.
