Pros

New president is really great. Still face troubles a lot of companies do, lay offs, some less-than-capable employees, but overall a decent place to work.

Cons

Some employees seem to choose speed over quality, and letting other people deal with their mistakes.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Aaon is going in a better direction. keep on the path of quality and taking responsibility for mistakes.

    Pros

There are a lot of nice people at AAON. If pay is not a problem then you can just work your 8 hours and live life.

    Cons

Not much room for advancement of your career. Only a few good engineering management positions. Pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Competitive pay would be nice.
