Current Employee – been working at AAR full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Its a job that is about it, nothing more to say about it.
Cons – Horrible company to work for. Do not take care of employees. Do not care about morale. WIlling to let senior people go to replace with interns. Pay is horrible for the job we get assigned to do. I myself have to do the job of 4 people and get no recognition or anything just a notice that I might be laid off. WIll work 14 hour days and if you are salary you will get NO overtime.
Advice to Senior Management – Get your stuff tgether, show appreciation for the people who are with you and want to make this a career. If you show no support for the employees you will loose everyone.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
