Very collegial working environment. Company has seen strong growth in the last few years and the workforce seems to be energized to maintain that pace.

Cons

Flat management structure. At the lower levels there is opportunity for relatively rapid advancement. At the senior levels, it's almost a matter of waiting for someone to retire or die.

Try to create more mobility for senior managment to prevent stagnation.
