    Just okay

    I have been working at AARP full-time for more than 5 years


    Pros: - Nice benefits, 3 weeks of vacation to start - Great mission, can feel good… Cons: - No innovation, employees have been their for a long time and want to do things the same way - Everyone gets incentive bonus regardless of… Advice to Senior Management: Brand is muddied by too many campaigns. And so much money is wasted developing new campaigns every three to six months… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
