    Pros

Overall, very strong brand. ABB brand opens doors.

    Cons

Once you're in the door, support is inconsistent. They hire people from outside the company, when they are in the process of displacing a whole group. You have to look out for yourself.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have HR serve the employees, so they don't have to spend so much time networking for their next job. I've been employed by ABB for a total of seven years and I still say that if employees spent as much time doing their job as they do playing politics, they company would be better.
