ABC Imaging – “Great”

I know that the development staff at that company has massive turnover. That is the first sign that this review reeks a bit. The way it usually works is that a developer is brought in and has to reverse engineer the work of the past 4 developers that have been fired. By the time the new developer gets up to speed it is time for him/her to be fired for not producing. The management and ownership want to have all software built in-house, but if they want to do that, the logical thing to do woudl be to maintain the same staff so that you would keep the knowledge in house. However, the treatment and atmosphere is so horrible that no one generally wants to stay.
