Pros

-Company was fairly small so everyone gets to know each other really well.
-Your voice was easily heard, because, the company was fairly small!

Cons

-Company was small... only about 20 employees including warehouse workers.
-Product had no unique features, pricing was unattractive, hard to compete with other MB manufacturers.
-Upper management was extremely incompetent, self-minded, chance of getting promoted was nearly zero.

Advice to Senior Management

Value and invest in your employees. View them as people and give them the credit they deserve. Don't manage through fear and intimidation.
