ABN AMRO – “Frustrating”

Pros

Good international career possibilities and opportunities to relocate. But i guess not anymore now as the bank is fully focused on the netherlands. However i understood that they are trying to internationalise again.

Cons

Incompetent senior managent. Extremely inward looking and lots of leadership by fear. Arrogant. Especially the management coming from other ( investment) banks who were non performers at their particular previous employer now try to show their superiority at abn amro.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more inclusive and lead by example
