Pros

Great people, good company culture. I enjoyed my time there, however it showed that retail marketing wasn't for me. My managers were very helpful and personable. I would recommend the company to someone interested in this line of work.

Cons

I found that retail marketing tended to be more order processing than actual marketing work. Seemed more like Operations Management than real marketing experience.

Worked with largest drug-store firms such as Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid (even though they were quite demanding, price oriented (as opposed to relationship) and overall unloyal.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You're doning a swell job! Culture was as exciting as I've seen.

    Pros

Leading brands. Will probably continue to dominate brand saturation in the market for a few years.

    Cons

High finance/numbers focus. Low people/customer focus.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have a desire to buy up the best brand owners in the market. Then you want to absorb their brands, their customers and their technologies into your company. However, you seem to fail to see that the way these acquired companies became successful. You don't want to continue any of their employee based initiatives.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
