A very successful company, but stuck using old methods with a serious lack of innovation

I have been working at ACCO full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

ACCO is a big company, so they get big jobs. The projects are high profile and exciting. The construction group and engineering group are full of solid workers.

Cons

Dysfunctional company culture. No vision or direction from executive management. It is a large ship without a rudder. Very adversarial relationships internally among the project managers. Very limited opportunities for advancement.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

This company needs direction and a leader. The current management is either unable, unwilling, or afraid to take any decisive action. There is a toxic company culture that needs changing.
