ACE USA – “OK place to work depending what department you work in”

Pros

Benefits at ACE were very good. They provide employees with a 401k with a 6% match plus a cash and carry pension that also gives a 6% match. Medical and dental benefits were good. Pay was fair and was competetive with other insurance companies. Lots of talented people work for ACE, so there was always somewhere to turn for questions or assistance.

Work load was appropriate - rarely had to work overtime. Department was adequately staffed.

Cons

Some departments promote employees much faster than others, so room for advancement depended what department you were in.

Too many changes in executives in top positions.
