    Pros

    So much potential. Great Value proposition. Great market presence. Innovative marketing and sales initiatives reaching thousands of prospects around the world.

    Cons

    All hampered by a CEO unable to make the right decisions, and a Software leader with no belief that he could succeed. The result, abru tally disappointing product experiencefor many customers, from a company with a great reputation. And even with a clear eecommendation from most of the senior team, they chose the wrong path - see no issues, hear no issues. The result, declining support of customers, and loss of most of the best talent.

    Advice to Management

    Step back, reverse the crazy decisions, and listen to the feedback from customers. And maybe give the customer base a simple and effective upgrade in product to warrant their continued support payments.

    Pros

    Good pay, Flex hours and descent package!

    Where do I start! I like to clarify the development teams we worked with were awesome, hard working good hearted people. But the managements, were a joke! The entire company is run with a buddy-buddy system, "if I know you and I like you, you get promotion. Doesn't matter how hard you work or how good your intentions are!" All the wrong people get promoted and all the hard working people constantly get suppressed. Always closed door meetings and gossip run the entire projects, without a single input from the customer! Marketing and Sales are in constant conflict and the development departs doesn't get any credit (the most hard working of all departments, without them ACL would not exist, yet they don't get raises, promotions nor a simple thank you". People were are hiding in their own cubes, to avoid getting fired, if you look at one these managers in a funny way, you're gone! I never felt so suppressed working for any company in the last 15-20 years! Either you play the game (backstabbing and gossip) or you don't work here! If you don't have a good starting salary there is NOTHING to be gained here! By the way this is not just MY perspective, this is the entire department perspective, but they're too afraid to speak up... we all got bills to pay!

    Advice to Management

    Get off your high horses, don't promoted idiots, promote people that earn it! Come down from 7th floor, have one on one with the actual workers that have created this company for you and be FAIR! Learn to listen to customers and your employees, not just the FEW managers that filter their view on the departments. You will loose everything, if you don't get your acts together and learn to be appreciate people that work so hard for you guys! Hint; if the entire department complaints about how one person don't know how to manage, you do NOT promote this person to higher management role! When the entire company is shocked why certain people are in management, re-evaluate your structure! LISTEN to the people, not just your little so called managements (dictators).
