Salary is decent although the health benefits are terrible.

Cons

Unprofessional, management is terrible. There is no performance reviews. It's an unorganized environment & has a high turn around rate of employees.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire a real manager, don't use existing employees and assign them as a manager. Reflect on why you have such a high refresh rate of employees?
