Current Employee – been working at ACS State Healthcare

Pros – Solid business model, unfortunately, not every state healthcare system can consume the generic product. Lack of quailifes individuals to "customize" existing OS2 product

Cons – Lack of cimmunication.
Lack of subject matter experts
Lack of trained/qualified business analysts

Advice to Senior Management – Start over. Complex matrixed envirnonment make is almost impossible to accomplish anything. Lack of direct influence on any team member leads to total chaos
