I have been working at ADCO full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – In ADCO, you will feel at home with your colleagues and the good environment.
Cons – If you're working in ADCO and away from your family, then only homesickness is the mean problem that you can encounter.
Advice to Senior Management – Always check the welfare of the employees to meet their basic needs.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
