What I really like about working at ADG was that the leadership has a real talent for harnessing this creative energy and channeling it into products that meet the customers’ communication goals—resulting in work that isn’t just innovative for its own sake but actually accomplishes what it sets out to do.

Cons

ADG is a great company if you are interested in pushing yourself to do good work and in growing as a person. It’s not a good place to work if you just want to show up and collect a paycheck without contributing.
