I have been working at ADP

Pros

ADP is a great place to work. The culture is unlike any other place I have ever worked. My teammates and managers are outstanding.

Cons

There is some disconnect between the VP and sales associates. However, the managers more than make up for the lack of communication from upper management.

I have been working at ADP

    Pros

ADP is a huge company. It has good company benefits and many positions to transfer into internally. The pay is average to above average.

    Cons

ADP is a huge company. That means its a huge bureaucracy. It is also saddled with an "old boy" network mentality wherein who you know and who likes you is more important than how good you are.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Break out of the pattern of strat planning, and crushing new ideas. Try to regain some of that start up company mentality.

I have been working at ADP

    Pros

    - Stable company financially speaking
    - Benefits starting from day 1.

    Cons

    - Seniority prevails when requesting time off
    - Cannot take time off between the last week of November and the first week of february.
    - Pay is very low for the complexity of the subject associates are expected to know and deliver to clients.
    - High cost of health insurance for new open enrollment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Review the Health insurance contract as it will affect ADP associates with new higher premium and reconsider offering HSA as an option...it's terrible!
