I have been working at ADP

Pros

ADP is a great place to work. The culture is unlike any other place I have ever worked. My teammates and managers are outstanding.

Cons

There is some disconnect between the VP and sales associates. However, the managers more than make up for the lack of communication from upper management.

    I worked at ADP

    Pros

The Pros? ADP does indeed have a tremendous training program, mentor ship, and ongoing support. I'd highly recommend it for recent college grads, and young professionals alike.

    Cons

The cons of the job are few but some are meaningful. Preference is provided to individuals who are more tenured with the company or more chummy with management. Territory discrepancies usually will go to the person who has more of the manager's ear.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

With such a large organization it is difficult to manage an enormous sales force, however client services can be a crapshoot depending upon the professionalism of the person who answers the phone. A greater emphasis is quality service from that end would be beneficial to the reps in their turf
