ADP – “ADP as a company is excellent, Management needs work”
Pros
ADP has excellent benefits and recognition programs. They give you the tools to succeed and the commissions are uncapped.
Cons
Managers should not be promoted strictly on sales performance. They need to have people skills and be open to honest dialog.
