I have been working at ADP full-time (less than a year)

Pros

The employees are friendly and are willing to take time out of their day to assist you if need be.

I have had meetings with many of the executives including the CEO. Each one is genuine and personable. People that I would enjoy looking up to.

The company has created a competitive advantage by becoming more technologically innovative, securing their lead in the Payroll & HCM industry.

The company sends out announcements via email which keeps the employees "in the loop". It also celebrates the workers through random acts of kindness which makes me feel valued.

Cons

Located near NYC, sudden traffic may occur.

Keep up the good work.

    very flexible work from home, secure position

    large corp with very outdated policies and procedures that are inefficient.
