I have nothing good to say about ADP

    Pros

Paid training in their Retirement division upon hire to attain your licenses. They also had a fun fund for our office which I was able to tap into for the first year and create their first charity cycling team to benefit diabetes with the Tour De Cure in Philadelphia, PA.

    Cons

It's very corporate. I don't see the advantage of wearing suits or ties when you are working inside sales and not actually meeting clients or customers in person.

    Advice to Management

Continue your efforts with more strength to help support charity programs and other activities that would motivate employees more.
