Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Portland, OR

    Pros

Work life balance is good. If you like a job where you can just show up do as little as possible and stay employeed, then this is a good place. Many people that work there give very little effort and produce nothing and have been there 15+ years.

    Cons

Extreme amount of silos and is very hard to get anything done if you work in a group that needs to work with many of the silos. If you are a go getter and want to solve problems this is not the place for you. The work environment almost encourages people to do as little as possible. I finally quit because I did not want to become like other people there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop running an IT shop with 20-30 year old management philosophies. Find a way to remove the silos and encourage change for the better.

Current Employee - Major Account Services District Manager  in  Woodland Hills, CA
Current Employee - Major Account Services District Manager in Woodland Hills, CA

    Pros

Great compensation, rewards success, financially stable, great solutions - leading the industry

    Cons

Company promotes "One ADP" but as a Major Accounts District Manager you will compete directly against other district managers. Internal sales policies often hurt your efforts. Most district managers "play the game" and "work the system".
