I have been working at ADP full-time

Pros

Telecommuting, decent pay and benefits. Big company with a lot of opportunity to transfer from within.

Cons

The National Accounts Solution Center is highly understaffed for what managements expectations are. Much communication and proactive work gets ignored as a result. Bad/lazy employees take years to fire and people with work ethics will be left picking up the slack.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop being cheap and hire some people.

    Pros

Strong earning potential...amazing trips....great career pathing.

    Cons

Different business segments get in their own way around strategy. Just because small business buys in one manner does not mean that Majors or National sized companies will buy in the same fashion.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the great work...but dont be afraid to allow segments to embrace what has made them great.

  2.

I have been working at ADP full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

ADP actually cares about their employees and developing them. Training is top notch!

    Cons

The size of the company and the different business units lends itself to red tape and the silo effect sometimes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep putting money and effort in discovering your up and coming talent... some more grass roots job fairs or cross BU exposure would be good.
