Pros

Flexibility and Stability. ADP is a AAA rated company. They're not going anywhere... seriously. And the work-life balance support is amazing! Also the opportunities for advancement within the company are seemingly endless. They are very supportive of internal transfers and even have an entire internal website dedicated to tracking the path of your career with the company.

Cons

There were some times when it seemed that major changes weren't being communicated effectively with mid to lower-level employees.

Advice to Senior Management

I would advise them to continue to support their employees the way they do, and to be mindful of even the little guys when they do site visits.
