I have been working at ADP full-time

    Pros

    Good work-life balance options
    Great benefits (including pension fund)
Lots of options to get involved in extracurricular activities, social perks

    Cons

Silos within the company create a very uneven experience - it's basically luck of the draw depending on which department/group you're working in.
Higher-ups are out of touch with the reality of their expectations so in the end quality is compromised a lot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Slow down! A lot of attention is being paid to the blue-sky vision but not so much to the proper execution. Listen to those that are actually doing to know what will and will not work.

Former Employee - Senior Software Engineer in Alpharetta, GA

I worked at ADP full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    salary, training, environment before re-org

    Cons

kept re-org, and hidden cut-off, workload kept piling on shorthanded employees, nice relations between employees turned sour, more politics played, software were getting very buggy than they should be due to some 'architecture/framework' that couple of 'architects' thought of, and they got ridiculous promotions...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

shame on these played politics. no, you won't get noticed or promoted if you don't want to be a boot licker.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
