Pros
Full workload every day, regular opportunities to increase product knowledge, enjoyable fast-paced work environment, great variety of challenges, not much micro-management.
Cons
Infrequent and somewhat political associate recognition programs, limited advancement opportunities within region, management often too far removed to solve daily client issues, annual increases based on overall business climate rather than individual merit.
Advice to Senior Management
Management needs to have product knowledge at least to the level of employees within department, to fully understand the service issues.
