Pros

I have found that management if very fair to employees as far as trust and time off. Benefits are good, and lots of room to move around if you are willing to relocate.

Cons

I have found that the company is just too big for it's own good. There are almost too many varied products and segments, and everyone simply knows about their product and nothing else. I would assume that this is frustrating for clients to be moved from person to person multiple times to find an answer.

Advice to Senior Management

Base compesation has a lot of room for improvement. Invest more in training. People seem to be thrown into the fire with little product knowledge.
