I have been working at ADP full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, profit sharing, basic sales training intro

    Cons

Current mamagement were all promoted because of over selling to clients to make presidents club, so most managers in my area were very unethical because they focused on bonuses , promotions and not Customer who pays the bills

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop telling associates that if you want to become mgmt or another career path in company you must win presidents club and over sell to make it...clients are used to company current culture

I have been working at ADP full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    - Looks GREAT on a resume

    Cons

    - Pay is awful. OTE you still W2 under $60k
    - Management are good at sales.. not management
    - Some territories/banks/cpas have great opportunity.. Some don't. You're judged on your production either way.
    - Turnover was 88% in Dallas, Tx (2012)
    - Force you to comply with age-old sales processes whether they are still viable or not
    - Micro-management
    - Local training is a joke

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Adjust your processes moving forward. You're stuck in the past. Quit forcing reps to utilize bank relationships that are USELESS. Let employees find what they're good at and expand on those talents.
