Former Employee - District Manager in Los Angeles, CA
Former Employee - District Manager in Los Angeles, CA

I worked at ADP full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

All depends on the office. I worked with great people in my office. OK base, but if you follow the plan, you make 65K, plus expenses first year.

Cons

It really is "boots on the ground" selling. Lots of cold calling - on the phone and going store to store. Some might like this though

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at ADP full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Position allowed me to work from home & choose my hours like 6-3, 7-4, 8-5. This was a great work/life balance. Training was available remotely. ADP provides lots of resources. I had a manager who built a strong team.

    Cons

Requires lots of self-discipline as one can feel isoloated. Job can be stressful. Higher salary or bonus would be a plus.
