Pros

ADP has an excellent reputation and strong performing products and services.

Cons

However, opportunities for advancement are slow and at only small increments in salary. Get your experience here, enhance your resume, and move on to another company.

Advice to Management

Recognize potential in your associates before an outside company steals that talent out from under you.

    Pros

Very secure place to work. Whenever efficiencies have been made, all of them have seemed like they were an excuse to get rid of the deadbeats.

    Cons

Cons are limited to the Salt Lake City office. Salt Lake upper management heavily discriminates against Non-Mormons. If you are not Mormon and you would like to work in the SLC office, do not ever plan on getting into a managerial role. 60% of workers are Mormon while 100% of middle and upper management are Mormon.

    Advice to Management

Tell the SLC GM to consider Non-Mormons in managerial roles. Otherwise, great job!!

    Pros

Good benefits that start at day 1 and great corporate training (quality of onsite training depends on manager)

    Cons

The experiences really depends on your specific manager. Some are great, some are condescending and elitist. You can also be thrown into territory/quota before your training is even finished. Hard to sell when you don't know what you're selling. ADP uses SalesForce but allows multiple business lines to call into account simultaneously. Therefore, prospects get inundated with calls

    Advice to Management

Don't allow multiple business lines to call into accounts. And enforce the use of SalesForce. Most of the sales people don't use it because other business units will use the data to try to sell into account first.
