I have been working at ADP full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Stable company, provides good benefits and 401K, company listens to associates and tries to make changes based on the feedback.

Cons

Management does not get involved in your career developement. I wish they were more enticed to see you advance in your career, especially the young employees that are driven to get ahead. Tuition reimbursement could be better, $2500 a year for the first 5 years doesn't even cover 1 class per year at most schools, especially if you're trying to get your master's.

They sold me on the job, but never delivered their end of the bargain.

I have been working at ADP full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The training subsidy is great! Although, it will end before you start making any commissions.

    Cons

Too many to list: Terrible upper management, no strategy for new hires, they lied about the opportunity, training and their expectations. They are extremely numbers driven, but provide no tools or support to accomplish unrealistic goals.

    Advice to Management

Have a long term strategy, rather than just focusing on the immediate results.

I have been working at ADP full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

-Tremendous Training and very good product -Unbelievable President's Club trips -Wonderful colleagues

    Cons

-Compensation package is getting much worse -Your past means nothing. You could have made 10 Clubs in 10 years and in year 11 if you miss your 1st Q, you are viewed strictly as an under plan performer. -Surprisingly little room for growth -No work life balance. The company could generally care less about you.

    Advice to Management

Hire better managers!! The typical new SE is someone that is 2 years with the company and has eked out one Club. The SE compensation plan is worst than a DMs. There is not reason to want that job. Being an SE should be a postion to strive for and it's not.
