Great place for a career.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThe people I work with are fantastic. They make coming to work each day enjoyable. ADP provides work that is both challenging and rewarding. This provides opportunities for growth. With continued focus on process improvement, people and the organization are welcoming change and progress. Opportunities are everywhere if you're open to them.

ConsWorking in such a large organization, it can be easy to feel like one is lost in the shuffle. The shy or timid might get overlooked. Also, many of the current processes and systems do not function well together, there is much work to do in this area.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to invest in improved processes, tools and systems as you have been. We sometimes shift from problem to problem and should try to celebrate the wins more often. Overall, job well done, keep it up!
