Pros

Great company. You can make some serious money here and have a great career. I made one of my best friends through training at ADP, he is now a sales exec on a great path. I choose another path, and could not be happy with my decision to not stay with ADP.

Cons

Burn and turn sales. You can build relationships with CPA's and banking partners if you are lucky. Beyond that get ready to hit the pavement everyday trying to drum up business. Advice, look into online sales.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is solid. You get the typical OHH-RAH to rally up the troops, but that's their job to keep pushing forward. Management positions are scarce, be mobile if you want to move up company latter.

I worked at ADP as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Everyone I worked with was amazingly friendly and helpful.

Management was very supportive and did a lot to make sure I was assisted.

There was a good balance on workload; my manager had a "as long as the work gets done well and on time" attitude; didn't micromanage me or anything.

Employees were very mindful of giving back to the community and to society.

    Cons

It's a bit conservative, but it has to be; it's a financial services company. That's not really their fault.

Hardly anything else that was bad! But then again, I was a summer intern.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Loosen up a little and don't be afraid to do more to boost morale!
