I have been working at ADP full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Good name recognition (ADP), gets you in the door.

Cons

Weak leadership. Very poor morale, tons of favortism. Boss' favorites get best geographical areas and best partnerships with other divisions. Very easy to be put into a no win situation.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be honest with your employees, be honest with yourselves.

    I worked at ADP full-time

    Pros

    Stable employment, medical benefits, 401K

    Cons

No career advancement. Men dominate the offices and women are not given a voice. Few women allowed to move up the ladder to become Executives. The pay grade is low. Absence of HR, no career guidance provided by management, workload peaks around the holidays and black out periods for vacation time from November through April. No work life balance. Working from home is frowned upon especially if you have a family.

I have been working at ADP

    Pros

They have an amazing training program and perks if you are one of their top producers

    Cons

Those who don't go above and beyond already high expectations get lost in the shuffle and it really decreases morale. With a less than amazing comp structure and no respect for work/life ratio there is a high percentage of burn out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop working your employees so hard and they won't burn out as quickly.
