I worked at ADP full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Partying, trips, coworkers (at peer level). When times are good ADP parties HARD!

Cons

High pressure, high turnover, and high school enviroment

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not micromanage. And be fair. If you are in the in crowd you will get a good territory and it will rain money from the sky. If you are in a bad territory life will suck and you will quit.

    Nightmare!!

    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at ADP

    Pros

It's a job, best I can say. Has kept me off the street, but barely. Promises rarely kept.

    Cons

Management only worried about THEIR bottom line. Comp plan changed in middle of year 2 years straight is counter intuitive for a sales organization. You'd think they'd want to reward overproduction instead of being so greedy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit treating staff like disposable cogs

I have been working at ADP full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Great organization focused on the employees and the communities we serve
    - Innovation in new solutions for our clients
    - Advancement opportunities

    Cons

Although the salary is good, it lacks a little compared to our competition.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to advance our products/solutions as well as our internal training. Salary packages have to continue to evolve or will lose good people to our competition.
