    Pros

Lots of incentives and contests. Great relationship with teammates. It's never a bad thing to have ADP on your resume. You can make lots of money if you have great relationships with upper management.

    Cons

Those that make a lot of money have a great relationship with upper management and are given leads. Benefits are very expensive. Most managers micromanage. Most of the accounts are recycled & have been beat up by other reps. The "new" leads given out each month are usually previous payroll or insurance clients that switched payroll platforms, resulting in duplicate accounts.

    Advice to Management

Don't hold other reps on the same level as those that receive leads from managers or other divisions of the company. It's frustrating when some execs make the 80+ dials a day and the other reps that barely make 30 calls a day constantly close big deals because they are being sent leads.
