I worked at ADP full-time for more than a year

Pros

Excellent sales training, benefits and compensation package. Rewards program was top notch.

Cons

Very high turnover, many managers were micro managers. Nature of the sales relationship was "turn and burn". Difficult to build long lasting relationships with customers.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find better hiring managers, spend more time supporting and nurturing employees vs. breaking them down. Focus was to often on the negative vs. the positive.

    I have been working at ADP full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Great Training. Looks great on your resume. Great Incentives. Awesome people to work with.

    Cons

    Deal with other reps trying to steal deals. Starting salary is low. Room for advancement is not as good as they make it out to be.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do not promote based on numbers solely. Product knowledge and people skills are also something to consider. I see many manager who should not be managing, but were in the right place at the right time.
