    Pros

    Great training for entry level, managers try to cater to you but are limited to corporate policies. Events are fun to attend. Great potential to earn big money.

    Cons

    career growth seems limited. Tend to only look at numbers brought in rather than the actual value of the employee. Very sales and numbers driven company.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees better, help them learn to sell, coach them. Do not micromanage

    Pros

    Make your own schedule Networking/meeting new people I loved my team Great training course

    Cons

    You're only as good as your last month VERY micromanaging Every day team calls asking how many appointments you set, how many sales you got Felt like the wins were never good enough Low base pay Selling something no one really wants Knocking on doors/cold calling Business owners do not want to meet with you It was a constant chase/stalk of business owners to track them down Felt like I was constantly hounding my family and friends for leads

    Advice to Management

    The service side of ADP sucks - the customers are always complaining. It would be easier to sell if people hadn't had such bad experiences in the past/present with the service side of things. Their customer services is lacking.
