    Pros

The training is amazing. They invest a tremendous amount of resources for you to be skilled at your craft.

    Cons

Low pay, micro managed, very competitive marketplace . The minute you're given a territory its go time. The coaching stops and the micromanaging starts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More positive reinforcement and guidance would be great. Then everybody wins
