    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Trust old employees and make them part of the new product initiatives. other wise there is a big risk in failing the company new development. We can buy talented technical people but they may fail in transforming into domain and making up of the business value.

We are not a technology company. we are a Business process company and we need a person who thinks every time and moment who can he add a business value in his each activity. we are here to sell the Business value to the clients and not the technology. we should built the software development teams in ratio of 80% new and 20% old domain specific people.

I worked at ADP full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

It was great to work from home 1-2 days per week. My co-workers were very creative and fun to be around.

    Cons

Very reactive, but not very proactive, limited upward mobility. For such a big company ADP did not offer very good prices for health benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your workers, they have some great ideas you should implement. Work to grow a better culture, this will help keep good people.
