Pros – great benefits
great place to work and good commute
good salary, infrastructure, process, implementation, management,
especially if you are still at school..great reimbursement
Cons – too big..hard to move up, politics, less interactive, you have to be very independent
offset by the great benefits...laid back environment
Advice to Senior Management – involve people in lower level more
too many management layers
vertical management and more independent
aggresive in looking for new creative business
