“It's definatly a great job if you are consistant and build your your customer base”
Current Employee – been working at ADT full-time for less than a year
Pros – Great management support, not stuck in a box, meeting new nieghborhoods people, and protecting lives
Cons – GAS! No base pay, Money not gaurenteed, can be discouraging for someone with a family beacuse pay is not consistant
Advice to Senior Management – Get them to either increase gas by calculating milage from your home to the appointment, and give us base pay, we work 24/7 we should at least get something to gaurentee cash coming in!
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
