Former Employee – worked at ADT full-time for less than a year

Pros – Stable company, not going anywhere, good people to work with, a lot of people who have been there forever, great low level managers.

Cons – Hard to make changes, a lot of red tape to get through, salary increases are minimal, typical corporation stuff.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
