Fantastic culture. Great work environment. ADTRAN knows how to continue to make money in the High Tech industry and has remained profitable through the past 25 years. Company's small size allows it to have a flat hierarchical structure. The company does not have an organization chart nor do employees have job descriptions. That forces new employees to really walk the halls and talk to peers as they get up to speed within the company. Managers don't micromanage

Slow to market new technologies. Salary is average to below average.
