    Pros

-certain departments/business lines are very busy. lots of possibility for exposure and experience -benefit plan is good

    Cons

-no opportunity for career development. non-existant training/mentorship for junior employees. no attention to lower level employees that are the bulk of the workforce -very low workplace morale -very political because it's a big corporation

    Advice to Management

need to change your mentality if you want your employee average age to be less than 50 years of age
