Offices and projects across the globe.

No investment in employees; employees are treated more as plug-and-play resources rather than individuals with careers.

    Pros

    A paycheck in a down economy.

    Cons

    Cannot even begin to start this novel for fear of my livelihood. Let's just say the other less than desirable reviews are spot-on accurate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The next time you hear something to the affect of "Has no one learned a thing from Rome," better listen up. Your employees are real people, with real lives. Not everyone is prepared to disregard this fact or is able to turn off their natural instinct to empathize for the sake of shareholders.

    I worked at AECOM as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    learned how to use AutoCad, HAP, and how to read engineering drawings for structural, mechanical, and other disciplines

    Cons

    hectic and stressful at times when projects were due
    occasionally expected to work over time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Have the interns have an adviser who helps them out and not other employees
