    Pros

Interesting work, fast pace, and that is about it.

    Cons

No room for mobility, over worked, under staffed. Bid projects very tight and expected to do work by donating hours.

    Advice to Management

PMs need to be approach a project with a comprehensive budget. A budget should account for field changes, do the job right the first time. Staff a project appropriately and stop asking staff level to work on other projects, not charge or donate time. Staff level make significantly less and donating hours completely demoralizes and deminishes the job.

The company is growing but the growing pains are taking a toll on staff accross the board. Management is very disconected with the needs of their professionals.
