My supervisor was easy to talk to and encouraging. The company offers good benefits and the offices offer a few perks. The office in Plano, Texas has free parking while the Baltimore office has free lunch for all employees.

Cons

The company puts puts an extremely heavy workload on each individual. It is required that the people produce and create marketing campaigns in a short turn around time. Being that the company markets thier products to the customers of other large companies, AEGON is at the mercy of the other companies, or "business partners" and its all about pleasing them, so the business can stay afloat.
