Pros

AEON helps foreigners out by helping the find a place to stay, unlike other smaller English language schools in Japan. You will be helped out by the Japanese as well as other foreign staff.

Cons

You must follow the corporate structure. This means that you have a somewhat limited range of what you can do with your lessons. Creativity is somewhat limited.

Advice to Senior Management

Upgrade the technology used in the local branches. I was surprised to see we were still using handwritten material and blackboards in 2010.
