Good pay, good training, friendly atmosphere, a lot of good technical challenges

Cons

VERY patriarchal, the manager knows best, you are there to work and burn out

Delegate more, advise more, trust employees more

    Pros

    The staff members and general work environment are the greatest.

    Cons

    Re-organizes every 2 yrs or less, not a good sign.
